Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - Design

Position Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner with a specialization in functions including Product Design, Merchandising, Product Management and Technical Design.

This role is ideal for a strategic partner who thrives on the challenge of recruiting top-tier talent and is dedicated to enhancing our company's competitive edge through innovative hiring practices. The successful candidate will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless integration of top-talent into our dynamic teams.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Strategic Recruitment Leadership: Develop innovative strategies to source, attract, and onboard talent in product-focused roles. Ensure alignment of recruitment strategies with our company’s strategic goals.Collaborative Partnership: Work closely with business leaders to gain insights into hiring requirements, detailed job specifications, and the unique dynamics of each team. Act as a trusted talent partner to our business units.End-to-End Recruitment Management: Lead the entire recruitment process from identifying potential candidates and conducting initial screenings to leading interview sessions and extending job offers.Analytics-Driven Recruitment: Utilize analytics to refine recruitment processes and provide actionable insights to business leaders, thereby improving decision-making and strategic planning in talent acquisition.

Requirements

Requirements

5+ years’ experience in full lifecycle recruitment, particularly within the areas of product design, merchandising, product management, and technical design. Previous agency experience is a plus.Demonstrated expertise in managing robust talent pipelines and sourcing plans that ensure a consistent influx of qualified candidates.Strong networking skills with a deep industry network.Ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities, highly effective in dealing with ambiguity.Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all organizational levels and acting as a strategic partner.Proven ability to navigate through ambiguity, prioritize effectively against competing demands in a high-energy setting.Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Schedule

4 days a week in the office, 1 day work from home.

NEW YORK PAY RATE: $95K-$150k
