Delivering high quality, authentic content in a scalable way, Puck offers the only employer branding platform across a companies’ career site and outreach channels.What you’ll doPuck is a growing B2B business that cares deeply about the candidate impact of what we do. We are looking to accelerate our growth by bringing on a Growth Marketing Lead to own the demand generation strategy and execution for our business.Our ideal candidate has a proven track record in driving demand in a mix of scaled up and startup environments, bringing together analytical skills, creativity and a strong bias to action.Where we need helpInnovate and develop step-changing marketing strategies and campaigns that drive short term and long term growth.Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition (e.g. online advertising, email) and conversion rate optimization.Analyze and leverage a data driven approach to decision making to help drive results.Build relationships with partners and the industry in order to help define our product’s position in the market.Own messaging and how we communicate with our prospective customer base including written and audio communication.Create content that delivers on our brand building and growth targets, including through SEO.About the businessOur product is a B2B recruiting technology solution.Our buyer is midmarket and Enterprise recruiting teams.BenefitsHybrid work culture (1 day / week in the office and 4 days / week remote)Medical/Dental/Vision insurancePaid parental leaveLearning budgetRequirements are a background that demonstrates the skills needed to succeed in this role. We expect this is 5 - 10 years of relevant B2B demand generation marketing experience.Our salary range is $130,000 - $170,000 for this role. However, we have a 1 month paid project that we’d like to hire someone to help with to start.
