Field Marketer

Full time Field Marketer - 1299A growing home care company is seeking a dynamic Field Marketer to drive awareness and generate leads by engaging with the local community and building strong relationships with healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will act as a brand ambassador, promoting home care services through a variety of marketing efforts, including attending local events, networking with referral sources, and distributing marketing materials to increase brand visibility. This role also involves executing targeted outreach campaigns, developing referral networks, and educating families and caregivers on the benefits of home care.Responsibilities Include:Drive awareness and lead generation through active community engagement and relationship-building.Attend local events, health fairs, and networking opportunities to promote home care services.Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and referral sources.Distribute marketing materials to increase brand visibility and awareness in the community.Execute targeted outreach campaigns to expand the company's referral network.Act as a brand ambassador, educating families and caregivers on the benefits of home care.Report on community activities, lead generation, and market feedback to refine marketing strategies.Collaborate with internal teams to support business growth and optimize marketing efforts.Ideal Qualifications:Strong background in sales, marketing, or community outreach.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to build relationships and network effectively.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Experience in the home care or healthcare industry is a plus.If you are a results-driven individual with a passion for building relationships and driving community engagement, we encourage you to apply!Salary: $60k - $80k/Year + CommissionTo apply, please send your resume to Yosef@bhirednyc.com
