A growing home care agency is seeking an experienced
Marketing Manager
to lead and implement all marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving brand awareness, client acquisition, and business growth. This position involves a blend of creative strategy, project management, and hands-on marketing execution.
Responsibilities Include:
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with the Executive Director and Department Managers to develop and align marketing efforts with company goals. Conduct market research and monitor campaign performance to optimize results.Brand Management:
Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels. Maintain the agency's brand image and create engaging content for print, social media, and internal communications.Client Acquisition & Retention:
Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Manage client referral programs to boost engagement.Event Planning:
Organize events, corporate gifts, and community outreach to promote the agency's services.Budget Management:
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies.Vendor Management:
Oversee relationships with external vendors to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of outsourced projects.Additional Responsibilities:
Produce monthly newsletters, manage corporate gifts, and coordinate marketing materials.Ideal Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or home care.Proficiency in graphic design and/or copywriting.Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies.Creative thinker with hands-on marketing experience.Up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
