We are seeking a Senior Experience Designer III to join our Managing team, where we are iteratively designing and developing best in class experiences for our customers. Join us to help set new standards in our category and make our customer services management a truly reliable, simple and exceptional. The Senior Experience Designer III will be inspired by our design vision and accountable for quality solutions across the whole onboarding journey. Additionally, a Senior Designer III may be more involved with the onboarding and recruiting experience and mentoring other designers. What you’ll be doing… Creating delightful, complex designs to deliver great onboarding experiences. Creating and enhancing activation and support flows, making them intuitive and friendly. Identifying and analyzing design problems and opportunities within project briefs. Generating, exploring, refining, and documenting multiple design solutions. Prioritizing solutions based on analysis and judge their quality and context appropriateness. Working independently and collaboratively to solve design problems of varying complexity. Articulating design decisions and communicating solutions to stakeholders through presentations and critiques. Participating in design critiques, providing feedback on designs, wireframes, and prototypes. Supporting and guiding team members, sharing knowledge and recommending best practices. Supporting testing efforts and consulting with learning and development on content creation. Proactively contributing to the design system’s evolution by proposing updates and providing feedback. Reviewing designs and ensuring accessibility requirements are met. You’ll need to have: Bachelor’s degree or two or more years of work experience. Four or more years of relevant work experience. A portfolio of UX design work from pencil and whiteboard, to wireframes and prototypes. Even better if you have one or more of the following: A degree in design or related field of study. Extensive experience with Figma, Sketch, Adobe and/or related design software. Ability to digest and translate complex technical requirements into intuitive experiences. Portfolio examples of enterprise applications and payment, profile and managing account journey samples. Experience with JIRA. Experience with Smart Sheets and/or Google Suite. Experience with Fortune 500 organizational environments. Where you’ll be working In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager. For part-timers, your coverage will vary as you may be eligible for some of these benefits depending on your individual circumstances. If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $118,000.00 and $219,000.00 based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
