The Role:As Senior Manager of Corporate Communications at DailyPay, you'll spearhead our corporate narrative and strategic communication initiatives. Reporting to the VP of Brand and Corporate Communications, you'll lead a small team driving our corporate mission and values. Your primary responsibility will be crafting and implementing a comprehensive, integrated Corporate Communication strategy. This role requires close collaboration with leadership to ensure our messaging resonates effectively across diverse stakeholders – from clients and employees to investors and regulators. Your work will be pivotal in shaping DailyPay's public image and internal culture.

How You Will Make an Impact:Corporate Communication Strategy:
Develop and execute an integrated corporate communication strategy
Align messaging with Marketing Communications, Public Policy, Investor teams and HR
Report strategy progress and impact to senior leadership
Team Leadership:
Guide Manager of Public Policy Communications
Manage Internal Communications Associate
Provide strategic direction and mentorship
Ensure team alignment with corporate goals cross functionally
Develop processes, documentation, and communications for program/process rollout and ongoing support
Internal Communications
Work with senior associates to ensure we are developing compelling content against strategy that informs, engages, and motivates employees, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
Oversee planning and execution of initiatives to improve employee engagement, including events and recognition programs in collaboration with our Employee Experience team.
Ensure associate is conducting surveys and gathering feedback to assess the effectiveness of internal communication efforts and identify areas for improvement.
Investor Relations:
Advise CFO and Executive Leadership on investor relations strategies
Develop and implement plans to foster market growth
Elevate DailyPay's profile within the investor community
Crisis Management:
Support VP of Corporate Communication in crisis planning
Lead efforts to mitigate negative market sentiment
Address potential regulatory issues proactively
Executive communication:
Identifying the appropriate Executive to support Marketing Communication placements/opportunities.
Creating the content and/or working with PR to create it
Support the C-Suite with social media posting as requested
What You Bring to The Team:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field; equivalent experience considered
8+ years in corporate communications, including: investor relations management and crisis communications handling
Proven team leadership and cross-functional project management
Expertise in policy and regulatory landscapes, preferably in tech or finance sectors
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to craft clear, compelling messages for diverse audiences
