As Senior Manager of Corporate Communications at DailyPay, you'll spearhead our corporate narrative and strategic communication initiatives. Reporting to the VP of Brand and Corporate Communications, you'll lead a small team driving our corporate mission and values. Your primary responsibility will be crafting and implementing a comprehensive, integrated Corporate Communication strategy. This role requires close collaboration with leadership to ensure our messaging resonates effectively across diverse stakeholders – from clients and employees to investors and regulators. Your work will be pivotal in shaping DailyPay's public image and internal culture.How You Will Make an Impact:

Corporate Communication Strategy:Develop and execute an integrated corporate communication strategyAlign messaging with Marketing Communications, Public Policy, Investor teams and HRReport strategy progress and impact to senior leadershipTeam Leadership:Guide Manager of Public Policy CommunicationsManage Internal Communications AssociateProvide strategic direction and mentorshipEnsure team alignment with corporate goals cross functionallyDevelop processes, documentation, and communications for program/process rollout and ongoing supportInternal Communications:Work with senior associates to ensure we are developing compelling content against strategy that informs, engages, and motivates employees, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.Oversee planning and execution of initiatives to improve employee engagement, including events and recognition programs in collaboration with our Employee Experience team.Ensure associate is conducting surveys and gathering feedback to assess the effectiveness of internal communication efforts and identify areas for improvement.Investor Relations:Advise CFO and Executive Leadership on investor relations strategiesDevelop and implement plans to foster market growthElevate DailyPay's profile within the investor communityCrisis Management:Support VP of Corporate Communication in crisis planningLead efforts to mitigate negative market sentimentAddress potential regulatory issues proactivelyExecutive communication:Identifying the appropriate Executive to support Marketing Communication placements/opportunities.Creating the content and/or working with PR to create itSupport the C-Suite with social media posting as requestedWhat You Bring to The Team:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field; equivalent experience considered8+ years in corporate communications, including: investor relations management and crisis communications handlingProven team leadership and cross-functional project managementExpertise in policy and regulatory landscapes, preferably in tech or finance sectorsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsAbility to craft clear, compelling messages for diverse audiencesWhat We Offer:

DailyPay takes a market-based approach to compensation, which may vary depending on your location. United States locations are categorized into three tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The salary ranges are listed by geographic tier. Additionally, this role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation and stock options.
