Read further to learn how youcould help make great things possible not only in your community, but aroundthe world.In the role of Marketing Team Lead, we'll count on you to:Retain, develop and supervise proposal and marketing employees, as assignedTrain and mentor employees on business development and marketing bestpracticesVerify the go/no-go decision process is applied in accordance with HDR'sMatrix of AuthorityLead pursuit teams in creating and implementing effective win strategies(capture planning)Facilitate pursuit teams to develop persuasive proposal and interviewmaterialsDevelop and manage proposal schedules and confirm complianceManage workload demands of proposal managers and marketing coordinatorsLead quality reviews of proposal and interview materialsCoach interview teams to be effective at delivering key messages duringinterview presentationsFacilitate debriefs to identify improvement opportunities and to measureoverall competitivenessManage client relationship management and financial systems to informreporting metrics and dashboardsSupport the development of annual and long-term strategic plans withinestablished company direction and goals, including supporting key growthinitiatives for the business groupDevelop and implement client plans, including long-term strategies tocapture market share for the business groupDevelop business relationships with teaming partnersDirect content marketing campaigns to strengthen our brand, increase ourvisibility, and showcase our thought leadersDevelop and publish engaging digital content that reflects HDR's brand andelevates our thought leadershipImplement strategies to elevate HDR's brand and technical talent withindustry associationsActively participate in professional associations to elevate HDR's brand intarget marketsArticulate HDR's capabilities and competitive advantagesPerform other duties as needed#LI-LA1Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related fieldAbility and desire to travel and engage with others in-personRequired QualificationsA minimum of 5 years relevant industry experienceDemonstrated "self-starter" with a history of completing projects withlimited oversightDeep knowledge of the A/E/C industry's standard approach to procurementof professional servicesExperience in sales and developing effective win strategiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word,Excel and PowerPointProficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesignDemonstrated experience in winning high-value contracts in the A/E/C industryDemonstrated experience in writing compelling content based on informationfrom technical staffWhat We BelieveHDR is our company.
