You must . . .Direct the development and execution of an integrated digital marketing strategy.Drive customer engagement while gathering and reporting data analytics for future decision making or strategy enhancement.Oversee all company promotion and advertising efforts to drive sales while measuring the return on investment of various advertising methods.Implement marketing campaigns and activities, including advertising, public relations, events, promotions, and sales tools.Monitor and develop performance metrics and tracking tools to measure the impact of marketing campaigns and activities.Collaborate with Product Managers, Operations, and Vendor Partners to create integrated marketing programs that drive interest and achieve sales and targets growth.Oversee the integration, implementation, and measurement of the corporate brand strategy across all aspects of business units through the continual management of the Kirby Risk Branding Guidelines.Primary requirements include:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field and/or 6+ years equivalent work experience.Successful track record in marketing management roles. Wholesale distribution a plus.Management experience of minimum 5 years preferred.Experience with digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.Knowledge of the financial components of product and marketing management, including product profit contributions (cost, pricing, mix), P&L statements, budgets and other financial metrics.Strong leadership skills and ability to thrive in a results-oriented environment.Strong knowledge of current digital technologies.Strong knowledge and proficiency in data software: Microsoft and Adobe (required), Marketing Automation Software (Marketing Cloud / Pardot preferred).Travel requirements:Travel required within Indiana, Illinois, and Ohio.What’s the company culture like at Kirby Risk?A leader in Electrical Supply and Manufacturing, the roots of this continuously successful (since 1926) organization are reflected in its enduring Values and Principles; hard-working, engaged, caring people who treat one another and our customers with the utmost respect and approach their work with a sense of urgency.What are the benefits?Kirby Risk provides a complete benefits package, including:
