From swimsuits to ready-to-wear, our pieces are designed to transition effortlessly from beach to street.About the RoleThe Brand Marketing Coordinator will support the Brand Team in executing marketing campaigns and events, managing logistics, and ensuring efficient project flow. The role involves handling a variety of tasks, from product and venue management to assisting with photoshoots and tracking campaign performance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about fashion and event planning. This position reports to Brand Marketing Manager/Brand Manager.Key Responsibilities1.Event & Campaign Support:Assist in planning and executing events including influencer activations.Manage venue research, supplies, and logistics for events.Coordinate product ordering, assortments, and product seeding.Track and compile event and campaign results for recaps and analysis.Assist with managing photos, graphics, and marketing materials.Collaborate with the social media team to ensure content aligns with the brand’s vision.Help gather visual inspiration and competitor research for campaigns.2.Photoshoot & Production Assistance:Help with pre-shoot tasks like selecting video references, scouting locations, and organizing clothes.Assist during shoots with steaming clothes, styling, and removing tags.Support post-shoot tasks such as managing expenses, invoices, and helping with content creation.3.

General Coordination:Handle supplies ordering, product management, and shipping for events.Assist with venue coordination and reimbursements through internal systems.Draft internal and external presentations and reports as needed.Manage internal samplesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in marketing, events, or production, ideally in fashion, beauty, or e-commerce.Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Familiarity with creative tools like Canva, Later, and marketing tools such as Google Analytics and Tableau.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency.Preferred SkillsExperience with influencer marketing, event planning, and/or production support.Basic understanding of photo editing, graphic design, and video editing.Knowledge of social media trends and content creation best practices.Hands-on experience with managing event logistics, expenses, and post-event recaps.BenefitsHealth insurance including dental and vision401k with 3% match12 paid public holidays6 paid sick days10 vacation days in the 1st year, prorated upon hire and increased by tenurePaid Maternity LeaveHybrid work schedule, 2-3 days a week onsite
