Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Manager of Marketing Programs & Events to plan, design, and manage our events and marketing programs. The successful candidate will lead our events from conception through to completion, developing engaging programs to enhance brand awareness, foster customer engagement, and drive business growth.

Develop, plan, and execute marketing events and programs to meet strategic objectives.Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing and event content that aligns with our company's brand and message.Manage all event details such as venue selection, contract negotiation, vendor coordination, event promotion, registration, attendee tracking, presentation and materials support, and pre- and post-event evaluations.Identify, design, and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote events and programs, utilizing a variety of channels.Monitor event and program budgets, ensuring maximum ROI.Measure event performance and ROI, providing reports to senior management.Foster relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and vendors.Collaborate with the sales team to ensure lead generation and follow-up.Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors' events, and customer interests.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.Proven experience as an event manager, planner or coordinator, preferably within the industry.Solid understanding of event planning, execution, and marketing principles.Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office and event management/webinar software.Familiarity with the latest marketing trends and best practices.Ability to travel as needed for event coordination and management.Our Value Prop to Employees
