To execute this transformation, we need people within our Change Management Center of Expertise (CoE) who will develop and deploy Change Management and Communication expertise to support product and squad objectives and outcomes.

The Change & Comms Manager brings change management knowledge and experience collaborating with product delivery teams. You will work with a team of highly specialized experts to support the delivery of BCG's digital products across different squads. You will partner with other change managers in the change management CoE to identify, use and contribute to best practices and lessons learned.

Basic job responsibilities include:

Develop and deliver the agile change management approaches for digital products, focused on embedding the products into the business, driving adoption among our internal customers and realizing business benefits.Conduct stakeholder assessments, identifying key stakeholders and areas of focus; develop stakeholder engagement plans to address and mitigate risks.Conduct change impact assessments, identifying risks to delivery/adoption; articulate practical and actionable mitigation activities.Develop and deliver tactical and strategic communication plans, aligned to the change management approachWrite, review, and send tactical and strategic communicationsDevelop training & enablement approaches, aligned to the change management approachIdentify, baseline and track Change Management KPIs and metricsAct as advisor to Product Owners to identify change impacts and advise on necessary mitigation stepsEngage with product portfolios and squads to understand product roadmaps. Proactively identify and clearly articulate upcoming change to support the roadmap.Navigate multiple stakeholders and competing prioritiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams, designers and vendors to facilitate change activitiesWHO WE ARE

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

4-6 years of experience in consulting and/or project management-based change management roleChange management professional certification a plusExperience operating in an Agile operating model preferredExcellent verbal and written communication. Fluency in English (writing, reading, speaking)University degree with demonstrated high academic achievement preferredConsulting experience a plus but not requiredEQUAL OPPORTUNITY

YOU'LL WORK WITH

Our teams drive adoption and utilization of digital tools across BCG. The team proactively engages end users through direct communications and change management activities. They also drive the enablement agenda via training approaches. The team provides end-to-end change management, communications and enablement support to the tribe leaders and product owners-from strategy development to detailed planning and execution.
