Within thisrole, you will build strong client relationships, focusing on marketingstrategies and website support. You will provide exceptional customer support,manage creative projects, and offer strategic marketing solutions. Your skillsin troubleshooting, training clients on new features, and collaborating withour team will drive client satisfaction and success.What You'll Do:Develop and maintain strong clientrelationships, particularly focusing on their marketing strategies and websitesupport needsDeliver outstanding customer support via phoneand email, addressing updates, changes, troubleshooting issues with RentCafewebsites, and ensuring client satisfactionManage multiple creative projects bycommunicating assets required, key milestones and associated timelines, andproviding best practice recommendations for marketing and website supportSetting clear expectations with clientssurrounding creative project workflow, project milestone deadlines, andframework functionalityProvide exceptional consultation by listening toclients' business needs and offering strategic marketing solutionsTrain clients in new product features,functionality, and best practices to ensure effective use of our productsEffectively troubleshoot website issues, demonstratingstrong problem-solving skills, and providing thorough documentation for anyescalated casesHelp with QA of marketing issues as they arise,ensuring accuracy and meticulous attention to detailDemonstrate excellent time management skills andattention to detail, particularly during QA processesBuild rapport with clients, anticipate theirbusiness needs, and proactively provide marketing and website supportsolutionsBe an integral part of our outstanding team,collaborating closely with RentCafe Marketing Support team members across theUnited StatesMaintain a friendly and cooperativecommunication style, fostering a collaborative work environmentWho You Are:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, FineArt, or related degreeAbility to learn quickly and understandmulti-family marketing best practicesDesire to contribute to the group's knowledgeand growth, being a supportive and proactive team playerKnowledge of current content management systemsArticulate written and verbal communicationskillsPhenomenal customer service skills and desire togo the extra mileExcellent attention to detail and the ability toprioritize effectivelyUnderstanding of creative project management,task prioritization and excellent time management skillsGreat people skills and the ability to bepersonable and professionalFlexibility, and the ability to manage changingprioritiesMasterful organization skillsHelpfulto Have:Previous digital marketing experienceFamiliarity with Google SheetsAdobe Suite experienceRealEstate runs on Yardi.
