SUMMER 2025

Shure offers a challenging, fun and rewarding summer internship program. The twelve-week program is offered to undergraduate and graduate students. We offer internships with a variety of work arrangements from onsite interns to fully remote in US. Each intern will receive a competitive salary. Applications will be collected, reviewed, and selected candidates will be contacted in late fall/early winter. This role will work with a variety of cross-functional partners including product management, market intelligence, performance marketing, & colleagues within Global Marketing, to develop marketing & messaging strategies and go-to-market tools in support of software to boost acquisition and retention across Shure's digital ecosystem.

This Internship is 100% Remote

Responsibilities

Research and identify industry benchmarks and datapoints for competitive software

Plan and execute a communication strategy for the software and its correlation to various hardware solutions Align with key stakeholders in Global Product Management and Sales to develop an integrated marketing plan for our MOTIV Mix software application. Leverage marketing channels to deliver traffic, leads, opportunities and more that demonstrate ROI Create and write specifics of a user journey for software users, including development of messaging and marketing communications Identify other ways to promote the new software, such as via inserts in current product packaging Work with the data analytics teams to develop dashboards to analyze and optimize campaigns, webpages

Qualifications

Pursuing a degree in Marketing Experience and or involvement in software related projects Digital marketing, CRM, web optimization and overall campaign performance management An interest in, and existing knowledge of target markets (musicians, streamers, podcasters) a plus Superior business writing and presentation skills. Ability to prepare executive-level documents and project confidence when presenting to any audience Must possess strong cross-functional thinking and desire to work in a team environment to drive consensus across both internal groups and within sales organizations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to facilitate constructive, open discussion Creative mind, and ability to manage and oversee creative projects Applicants for this position must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Each internship has an hourly rate which varies from $21-$40 per hour based on job function (Engineering, IT, Business, etc) and year completed in school (Junior, Masters 2nd year, PHD, etc).
