SUMMER 2025
Shure offers a challenging, fun and rewarding summer internship program. The twelve-week program is offered to undergraduate and graduate students. We offer internships with a variety of work arrangements from onsite interns to fully remote in US. Each intern will receive a competitive salary. Applications will be collected, reviewed, and selected candidates will be contacted in late fall/early winter.
The Brand Marketing Intern will support Shure's brand acceleration and demand generation programs in the Collaboration and Video Conferencing category, targeting IT decision makers and B2B buying groups in global enterprises, small and medium businesses and higher education institutions.
This is a highly creative role that will support Shure's Global Marketing team with content creation and unconventional campaign tactics, providing the successful candidate with hands-on experience in the delivery of brand and creative materials, projects and campaigns. The internship will involve close collaboration with various marketing functions and cross-functional teams at Shure as well as exposure to work with external agency partners to define, plan, create and implement marketing and content programs to drive awareness and preference of the Shure brand and Collaboration solutions among target audiences.
This Internship is remote.
- Content Creation: Assist in the ideation and development of engaging, impactful and unconventional marketing & creative assets in various formats and update existing content to ensure relevance and accuracy, including but not limited to digital and offline advertising, blog posts, social media updates, case studies, infographics, and videos.
- Activation Support: Assist in organizing digital and offline campaign activations and event logistics as part of brand acceleration initiatives.
- Content Optimization: Working with the Performance Marketing team, use analytics tools to monitor and report on content performance and make data-driven recommendations to improve engagement and effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Market Research: Review competitor activities, audience insights, B2B marketing best practices and other relevant marketing campaigns in the IT sector to inform brand campaign strategies.
- Project Management: Support marketing projects from inception to completion, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating activities, working closely with marketing teams and external parties to ensure timely delivery, and tracking project progress.
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree or advanced education in Marketing, Communications or related fields.
- Passion for marketing and brand development, with interest in and willingness to learn B2B marketing concepts and data-driven optimization skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box. Previous experience in content creation and a strong visual sense for impactful designs is a plus.
- Good online research, data management and analytical skills. Able to understand complex situations and see the big picture by referencing a variety of sources.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, team player and willing to support cooperative efforts, as well as self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as good copywriting and proofreading skills.
- Solid computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications. Multimedia skills such as video or photo editing and digital design experience is a plus.

PAY TRANSPARENCY
Modeled by extensive market analysis and economic best practices, Shure offers competitive intern compensation that is reviewed and adjusted annually by our Total Rewards Team to attract, hire, and retain the industry's top intern talent. Each internship has an hourly rate which varies from $21-$40 per hour based on job function (Engineering, IT, Business, etc) and year completed in school (Junior, Masters 2nd year, PHD, etc).
