The Digital Marketing Manager will serve as one of the digital marketing subject matter experts amongst the Digital team for Troon. They are responsible for support of website, email, and app tools that support the facility and corporate teams. This role will cross-collaborate with IT, accounting, operations, international teams, external agencies, and the sales and marketing team to ensure seamless and effective digital marketing efforts. Ensuring that digital marketing strategies and programs are well-planned, flawlessly executed, expertly analyzed, with tracked results that deliver exponential ROI for our clients and courses.

Compensation: $50,000-$55,000 (dependent on experience)

Required Skills / Experience:

Digital marketer with 2-3 years of social and paid digital marketing experience.Passion for staying up to date on the latest trends and best practices within the digital space.Experience posting to client social accounts via Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.Knowledge of creative strategy behind different channels (Facebook vs Instagram vs LinkedIn).Demonstrate use and ownership of social media publishing tool like Hootsuite and Meta Business Suite.Knowledge of various paid marketing channels and technologies including paid search, retargeting, social network advertising (Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns (organic and paid).Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google My Business.Experience building reports on social media and SEM engagement/traffic metrics and writing insights/recommendations.Quarterback ways to automate across all digital platforms and deliver results at scale to 160 clients.Team player who is flexible, nimble and willing to work outside of their defined job description to ensure the overall success of the department and team.Demonstrate a strong ability to communicate professionally internally and externally.Comfortable presenting and creating professional presentations (PowerPoint).Self-starter with a can-do attitude, who isn't afraid to work through a project from end-to-end.Understands an integrated marketing approach, basic knowledge of marketing tools and technology.Your Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns from conception to launch and reporting for our corporate brand.Create paid campaigns for our golf and hospitality clients from start to finish - research, to landing page creation, to working with the design team on creative and messaging, to event behavior tracking and goals in Google Analytics, to reporting - full circle for our clients.Measure and analyze campaigns on KPIs using vendor specific dashboards and Google Analytics.Provide strategic recommendations to DSMs and clients based on data and insights.Provide support to Marketing Coordinators on social media and reputation management.Ensure that all 160 clients reputation channels are current and up to date.Automate reporting for digital tools and disseminate information to the marketing team for all clients.Collaborate with others on digital team to accomplish business and client goals.Responsible for vendor relationships with specific digital platforms (Hootsuite, ReviewTrackers, Meta Business Suite, Ads, Google My Business, etc.), upkeep, integrations, user access and education/training of these platforms to various internal and external team members.Work on presentation and leadership skills through recommended sessions - monthly Regional calls, monthly lunch and learns, Troon RevGen summit and other opportunities that may arise.Create case studies to show the value of what's possible and encourage future work. Case studies can be utilized on corporate website and in new business pitches.Execute keyword research, trend reviews and craft articles that can be repurposed and tweaked based on location and venue for clients.
