Your day to day as a Marketing Specialist
As a Full-Time Marketing Specialist at Zeal Credit Union, you'll support the VP of Marketing in executing impactful marketing plans that embody our core values of character, empathy, and passion. Your responsibilities will include preparing clear and engaging communications for internal teams, actively participating in and conducting publicity efforts, and planning memorable events such as branch openings and special occasions for the credit union. With a passion for collaboration, you'll assist in managing relationships with vendor partners and oversee our vibrant online and social media channels.
Additionally, you'll pull and review data to extract valuable insights, conducting research to gain member feedback that identifies potential market trends. This role not only allows you to showcase your marketing skills but also empowers you to make a difference in the member-focused environment of Zeal Credit Union.
What we're looking for in a Marketing Specialist

A bachelor's degree combined with 3+ years of marketing experience is essential to navigate the complexities of this role effectively. Strong research and problem resolution skills will empower you to analyze market trends and address member needs effectively.
You should be adept at writing concise and accurate reports that inform our marketing strategies. Additionally, regular onsite attendance is required, along with the flexibility to attend off-site events, including evenings and weekends, to ensure that Zeal Credit Union's marketing efforts resonate with our community.
Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
3+ years of marketing experience or equivalentBachelor's DegreeExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong research and problem resolution skillsAbility to write concise and accurate reportsRegular on-site attendance with ability to attend off-site events including nights and weekends
