This position will be based in our Modesto, CA headquarters with an option for occasional telecommuting. You will be expected to live within a commutable distance.

Are you passionate about driving impactful marketing initiatives and ensuring seamless execution across multiple channels? Join our dynamic Commerce Marketing team as we seek a motivated and detail-oriented professional to support our Brand and Commerce Marketing annual plans. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely deployment of various marketing tactics, including point of sale (POS), brand collateral, and digital assets. Your contributions will play a crucial part in winning the hearts and minds of shoppers through innovative and inspired solutions.

You will collaborate closely with a diverse group of teams, including Brand Management, Compliance, Creative, Finance, Sales, and Outside Vendors. Your ability to manage the production and deployment of all POS elements, project manage annual national plans, and provide subject matter expertise throughout the creative process will be essential. Additionally, you will serve as the Commerce point of contact for procurement and deployment of national elements, ensuring compliance and maintaining accurate databases.

Your role will involve making data-driven recommendations, supporting cost-saving initiatives, and participating in process improvement projects. You will work with internal and external resources to meet project milestones and ensure timely execution of marketing materials. Your strong communication skills will be vital as you guide brand teams, troubleshoot timing issues, and maintain organized systems for project tracking.

What You Will Need:

High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate.

Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of project management, sales, creative services, finance, operations, or supply chain experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of Gallo specific project management or Sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR 7 years of project management, sales, creative services, finance, operations, or supply chain experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.

Experience with end consumer and retail shopper product marketing.

Required to travel 1-2 times a year.

Experience responding to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.

Customer-oriented with strong project management and organization skills.

Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

What You Will Set You Apart:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration plus 5 years of project management, commerce marketing, sales, creative services, brand marketing support, winery operations, data analytics/sales development, or supply chain experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.

Experience with end consumer and retail trade consumer product marketing.

Compensation:

Hiring salary range posted: $67,000 - $100,400 / year

Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
