Director of Product and Brand Marketing

with experience in consumer electronics and mobile power. This role will guide a talented team of marketing experts to build clear and compelling product stories, develop cohesive go-to-market strategies, and execute comprehensive marketing plans across various channels. The ideal candidate will leverage a deep understanding of consumers to drive product messaging across product packaging, retail merchandising, sales collateral, web, and more. Director

of Product and Brand Marketing , you will lead efforts to craft and communicate strong product narratives through all marketing channels, including product packaging, retail displays, sales materials, and digital platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams-such as creative, product management, sales, and other marketing professionals-to develop and execute strategic go-to-market plans. Your role will be pivotal in shaping high-profile marketing and product plans that will be introduced to major retailers worldwide.Brand Marketing:This position will oversee our brand positioning and brand identity to ensure we have a strong, differentiated brand within our categoriesIn partnership with the creative team and channel leads, ensure we have strong/aligned style guides for the brand and applications for each channel that address channel-specific needs while laddering up to our brand messages and identity.Will oversee the development and execution of our key messages. Create clear, focused messages that drive awareness, strong consideration, and desire for our brand and products.Build and maintain brand marketing plan, brand communications calendar, campaign schedule, and IMC process.As a Content Strategist, this will be a pivotal role in shaping and executing content strategies that align with organizational goals and resonate effectively with target audiences.They will be responsible for delivering insight-rich briefs that will inspire creative teams to develop impactful content that will resonate with consumers and draw them to ZAGG. They should direct all content that is needed for ZAGG (with input and collaboration from all the channels that use content) They should get inputs from channels on specific assets but lead the brief process for IMC and campaigns.Ensure execution of content is on brand, on message, and is tied to clear content objectivesEnsure performance/analytical mindset in all content - work with channels to track and report on content performance and learnings to continuously learn and improve on our content strategies. Combining the ability to develop compelling content with a keen understanding of performance metrics- implement robust analytics tools and methodologies to monitor content performance across different channels and ensure the effectiveness of content and its impact on organizational goals.Product Marketing:Product Launch/ Go to Market Leader within the ZAGG organizationLead the marketing team in its product launch processes and ensure all marketing needs, assets, and commitments were met within product development timelinesDevelop, coordinate, and execute go-to-market strategies and marketing plans to ensure successful, on-time product launchesCollaborate with our product organization on the overall strategic direction, positioning, and storytelling/messaging of our product portfolioCollect customer stories and results to create impactful content, both online & offline, for use in sales, marketing, and PRCollect global customer and partner requirements for future product developmentEnsure that marketing projects are executed on time and to the satisfaction of internal and external stakeholders and partnersMonitor and understand competitors within your product categories including placement, messaging, and promotional strategiesAct as the main liaison between product and marketing teams within assigned product categoriesDevelop tactics that will encourage consumers to write positive reviewsHelp develop plans for ongoing consumer researchCoordinate with product team and other product marketing managers on monthly product category presentationsAssist channel marketing team with ensuring on-time delivery of, and maintaining product assets (images, videos, etc.) and work together with sales on customer needsGather results from past product launches and use the data for future learningsConduct consumer insights to help make better product and marketing decisionsSupport the marketing team in corporate communications and marketing newslettersWork with marketing team leads to develop a template and platform to keep our ZAGG family informed of marketing, industry, and product-related information delivered to our teams monthlyAbout You:7-10+ years of experience in consumer product marketing.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).Collaborative, influential leader with a fresh perspective and contagious passion for marketing.Persuasive storyteller with a strong focus on articulating the value of ZAGG products to customers.Proven experience in developing multi-channel campaigns and executing brand strategies.Advanced understanding of branding, marketing, and advertising, with a track record of success.Strong written and presentation skills, with the ability to pitch creative concepts and strategies effectively.Ability to lead brainstorming sessions, develop briefs, and apply strategic insights to marketing initiatives.Detail-oriented and able to manage critical projects with tight deadlines.A creative problem solver who can think on their feet and respond quickly to new challenges.Experience working with cross-functional, global teams throughout the product development cycle.Strong understanding of consumer and societal trends, with the ability to incorporate them into brand strategies.This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven marketing professional to join a leading brand and make an impact in the mobile accessories industry.What You'll Love About ZaggCatered lunches every WednesdayGenerous PTO + 2 floating holidays401k matchFree phone case and screen protectors50% discount on all productsFree access to Top Golf and discounted rate on foodTuition reimbursementZAGG is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
