User Experience Researcher

Job position : Senior UX Researcher Job location : Tampa, FL / Jersey City, NJ Job Responsibilities: Conduct user research using a variety of methods, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and ethnographic studies. Analyze and synthesize research findings to create meaningful insights and user personas. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to translate research findings into actionable recommendations. Develop and maintain research documentation, including research plans, reports, and presentations. Design and execute usability tests to evaluate and iterate on design solutions. Advocate for the user by presenting research findings to stakeholders and ensuring that user needs are at the forefront of product development. Stay current with UX trends, best practices, and emerging research methods.
