In this role, you will support the team’s planning and production of various marketing deliverables—including proposals, qualification packages, photoshoots, presentations, and other creative assets—in a collaborative team environment.The ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to changing priorities. You will assist other marketers in the full proposal development process, collaborating closely with your team and technical staff. As you grow within the role, you will be given opportunities to take on more responsibility and begin leading smaller assignments.
Senior Marketing Coordinators
will take on more leadership responsibilities within the team, including co-leading proposals and other key deliverables as their skills develop.What You’ll Do:
Support Coordination and Production:
Assist in coordinating and producing qualifications and proposal submittals using Adobe InDesign, working closely with the marketing team, technical staff, and external partners.Learn and Lead Over Time:
Develop skills to manage form-based prequalification submittals, with opportunities to lead as your abilities progress.Assist in Collateral Creation:
Collaborate on the design and conceptualization of both internal and external marketing materials, including writing copy for proposals, digital marketing efforts, and presentations.Support Database Management:
Help the team maintain and administer marketing databases to ensure up-to-date and accurate records of project information and staff experience.Create Graphics:
Assist in producing graphic design elements for internal departments and corporate committees, such as Internal Communications, Safety, Human Resources, and Community Engagement teams.Social Media & Event Support:
Partner with the Internal Communications team to develop engaging social media content, plan photography, and assist with event marketing and coordination as needed.What You Need to Succeed:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred in English, Journalism, Marketing, Business, Communication, Graphic Design, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.Foundational knowledge of Adobe Suite
(especially InDesign), with a willingness to refine and strengthen proficiency over time.Experience in a professional marketing department or the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry is a plus.Strong
writing and editing skills
are advantageous.Interest in and experience with
graphic design
is a plus.Self-directed
professional with strong collaborative and interpersonal skills and an internal and external client-service mindset.Ability to
prioritize tasks
effectively, with excellent follow-through and attention to detail.A commitment to delivering
high-quality work
and
meeting deadlines
in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work as part of a
collaborative team
