In this role, you will be responsible for increasing Grown Brilliance’s visibility, driving growth, and meeting key revenue targets.
As a strategic and analytical leader, you thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at leveraging data to achieve measurable outcomes. You bring affiliate and content marketing experience from either an agency or a high-growth D2C brand and are comfortable navigating ambiguity to foster growth.
Responsibilities:
Recruit, negotiate, and manage affiliate partners for Grown Brilliance and associated brands.
Achieve monthly growth and efficiency targets across affiliate and influencer programs.
Create and implement comprehensive influencer strategies, establishing KPIs and analyzing the effectiveness of influencer posts.
Design and optimize affiliate marketing strategies that integrate influencer collaborations to drive revenue and brand exposure.
Collaborate with PR on placements and strategic partnerships to elevate brand presence.
Oversee daily tasks within the affiliate network, including program maintenance and partner expansion.
Provide weekly and monthly performance reports to management, presenting data-driven insights.
Implement strategies such as commission testing and dynamic attribution to optimize campaign performance.
Work closely with the SEO team to enhance linking strategies and improve online visibility.
Ensure efficient workflows through cross-functional collaboration with various teams.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and apply innovative strategies to maximize program effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. 2-5 years of experience in affiliate or influencer marketing.
Experience with affiliate platforms/networks like Impact (preferred), Pepper Jam, or ShareASale.
Strong data analysis skills with the ability to generate actionable insights.
Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.
Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Understanding of how affiliate marketing interacts with other digital marketing channels.
Proficiency with G-Suite, Excel, and reporting tools.
Knowledge of attribution models and lifetime value (LTV) analysis.
Proactive and willing to adopt and teach best practices. Familiarity with cross-channel marketing strategies.
