JOB SUMMARYDuties:Work with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, pitch, create, and deliver video assets to support client objectives specifically around Holiday campaigns.Work in conjunction with the Design Director to act as motion / animation support to bring existing banners & social assets to life for use across artist socials, web and CRM propertiesCreate short form content that matches the aesthetic and style on a release, artist and brand level.Create animated artwork, animated text, call to action etc.Create GIFs and animated banners to be used across artist web properties and CRM initiativesTrim footage segments and sequence video as well as create motion graphics and design that deliver on client expectations.Input music, dialogues, graphic, effects, and sound design.Keep assets and final projects organized according to specific naming conventions and follow protocols.
Skills:3-5 years working in video editing or motion graphics, preferably in an agency settingProven work experience as a motion graphics creative with a strong portfolioSolid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Adobe Premiere, After Effects and Final Cut) Blender or other 3D software preferredFamiliarity with special effects, 3D and compositingMust have a passion for web, music and entertainmentDexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
