You will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing various technical aspects of both online streaming and terrestrial radio.
Duties- Develop and maintain FCC-compliant technical policies across our company- Manage projects, including business plans, timelines, and budgets- Identify new technologies for the broadcasting company- Do maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues on broadcast equipment- Procure equipment, and manage corporate engineering- Oversee billing, performance review, and retention for contract engineers- Remain up to date with RF systems, broadcast equipment, and station automation
Requirements- Degree in Electronics- At least 10 years of electronic troubleshooting and repair- Computer systems and networking experience- Project management with proof of completion- Understands project management terms and structure- Microsoft 365- Proficiency in digital audio delivery systems- Capable of presenting to a wide variety of audiences in ways that are either user-friendly, business-friendly, and even technical at times- Self-motivated team player- Capable of operating power tools- Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
