LPA is seeking a passionate

Interior Designer

to join our integrated team of architects, engineers, interior designers, landscape architects and master planners in our workplace practice. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with team members across studios on projects that are both local and across California and Texas. We have completed projects such as Comic-Con Museum, Monarch School and Museum of Contemporary Art. Participate in the integrated design process with other disciplines at LPAAssist Project Managers, Project Designers, and Design Coordinators in the execution of specific assignmentsPrepare presentations and documentation for schematic design, design development and construction documentsWork on research for product and construction methods related to projectsAttend construction meetings and field visits to further understand detailing and coordinationWhat we will do:

Provide mentorship from Managing Directors and Design Directors as well as other in-house disciplines on all projectsProvide career growth opportunities including licensure materials and financial incentives, professional development grants and our professional development processIn-house management and leadership training opportunitiesEducation opportunities including LPA+U and LPA Tech TalksInterior Designer Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Interior Architecture required0-5 years of experience in all phases of interior architecture projectsExperience in Revit, Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite preferredEnthusiastic commitment to the multidisciplinary design process and team environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsCommitted to building a long-term professional careerLPA is an integrated design firm with offices in California and Texas. If you are hired at LPA, your base salary is based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience and/or project complexity.
