LPA is seeking a passionate

Interior Designer

to join our integrated team of architects, engineers, interior designers, landscape architects, and master planners in our workplace practice. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with team members across studios on projects that are both local and across California and Texas. We have completed projects such as Comic-Con Museum, Monarch School, and Museum of Contemporary Art. Our clients are both public and private and represent nine different market segments so your career can take many different trajectories.

We offer competitive salaries and generous benefits, including health and dental insurance, retirement and financial, wellness, and other work/life plans.What you will do:Participate in the integrated design process with other disciplines at LPA.Assist Project Managers, Project Designers, and Design Coordinators in the execution of specific assignments.Prepare presentations and documentation for schematic design, design development, and construction documents.Conduct research for product and construction methods related to projects.Attend construction meetings and field visits to further understand detailing and coordination.What we will do:Provide mentorship from Managing Directors and Design Directors as well as other in-house disciplines on all projects.Offer career growth opportunities including licensure materials and financial incentives, professional development grants, and our professional development process.Provide in-house management and leadership training opportunities.Facilitate education opportunities including LPA+U and LPA Tech Talks.Interior Designer Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Interior Architecture required.0-5 years of experience in all phases of interior architecture projects.Experience in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite preferred.Enthusiastic commitment to the multidisciplinary design process and team environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Committed to building a long-term professional career.LPA is an integrated design firm with offices in California and Texas. If you are hired at LPA, your base salary is based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience, and/or project complexity.
