supporting the US Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) NC3 Enterprise Center (NEC) Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I).The SE&I Division serves as the principal enterprise systems engineering, enterprise architecture, and technical authority for the NC3 Enterprise within the Department of Defense. As the lead NC3 Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) arm of the NC3 Enterprise Center, the division applies and remains up to date on systems engineering best practices while remaining agile when translating mission and operational requirements into appropriate technical specifications and solutions. SE&I also has the responsibility to apply established standards, and when necessary, develop new standards, to ensure seamless interoperability across the NC3 enterprise. 11+ years' relevant experience (in lieu of degree) analyzing interagency products to create requirements, developing CONOPS, Integrated Priority Lists, staffing decision documentation, and adjudicating content in addition to:Being capable of applying technical expertise, initiative, creativity, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills to solve complex problemsAbility to work well within a team and to execute tasks independentlyStrong written and oral communication skillsStrong command of MS Office suite tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPointPreferred RequirementsEducation:

Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, Journalism, or similar educational equivalentYears of Experience:

5+ years’ relevant experience analyzing interagency products to create requirements, developing CONOPS, Integrated Priority Lists, staffing decision documentation, and adjudicating content.NC3 experience (desired)Apogee offers two medical plans, a high deductible health plan with a HSA and HRA and a traditional POS plan with co-pays, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, PTO, paid holidays, parental, military and jury duty paid leaves. Regular part-time employees scheduled for twenty-four or more hours per work week are eligible for benefits on a pro-rated basis.The base pay for this position ranges from

$70,000 to $125,000

across the U.S. There is a different range applicable for specific work locations.
