With the aesthetic industry’s most comprehensive product portfolio, our offerings span several categories including skin revitalization, body contouring, hair removal, and women’s health.Our mission is to set Cynosure customers up for success shaping future leaders of the aesthetics industry and helping everyone who uses our technologies discover their version of beautiful.The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives in public relations, media communications, and digital marketing efforts to enhance the company’s brand visibility and drive growth. This role is crucial for managing comprehensive marketing strategies that span PR, digital advertising, organic social, out-of-home (OOH) channels, and paid social/search. By overseeing these diverse channels, the Marketing Manager will create and implement impactful go-to-market activities effectively aimed at reaching healthcare providers (B2B) and patients (B2C). Manage cross-channel marketing efforts and lead the execution of comprehensive campaigns by playing a pivotal role in enhancing brand affinity and driving meaningful actions that contribute to sales enablement and revenue growth.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe incumbent may be asked to perform other function-related activities in addition to the below-mentioned responsibilities as reasonably required by business needs.Partner with Marketing Director to create and implement integrated, audience-centric marketing strategies that align with business objectives and enhance brand presence across various channels.Execute PR strategy to elevate Cynosure Lutronic's brand reputation and position the product portfolio as long-term leaders of the aesthetic category and beyond.Oversee multi-channel campaign coordination including paid media, digital advertising, social activations and out-of-home (OOH) advertising, ensuring consistent messaging while emphasizing the unique value-added product proposition is forefront in all activity.Provide direction to agency partners, ensuring seamless execution by coordinating deliverables and deadlines across all channels (PR, Influencer, Social, Search, Digital, Programmatic, Print, and OOH).Work with cross-functional teams such as: Product, Creative, Content, and MarTech to ensure cohesive and effective campaign messaging, monitoring nuances for optimal channel performance, ultimately driving customer conversion and retention.Identify meaningful brand partnerships from initiation through execution, including briefing, content creation, and performance tracking.Support best-in-class planning and execution of marketing plans with detailed KPI reporting, data-driven recommendations for optimization, and comprehensive post-campaign analysis.Proactively analyze business trends, market landscape, and customer insights to identify opportunities for significant brand or product growth and increased market penetration.Embody and live our company Values.QualificationsEducationSpecific Area of Study: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.Experience5 to 8 years relevant experienceSpecific Related Experience: 5+ years in public relations, digital marketing, and paid media management with a proven track record of successful multi-channel campaigns.SkillsProven experience managing Integrated campaigns, especially on Meta platforms and ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).Excellent skills in managing multiple projects simultaneously.Proven experience in influencer marketing, with a strong grasp of media relations, content creation, and engagement strategies.Outstanding writing, editing, and verbal communication abilities.Willing and ability to travel 30% per calendar year for meetings/events.Cynosure is an Equal Opportunity Employer – Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Disability, Veteran.
