With the aesthetic industry’s most comprehensive product portfolio, our offerings span several categories including skin revitalization, body contouring, hair removal, and women’s health.Our mission is to set Cynosure customers up for success shaping future leaders of the aesthetics industry and helping everyone who uses our technologies discover their version of beautiful.The Content Specialist will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing engaging content across various digital platforms including website, email campaigns, and social media channels with a goal to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and drive lead generation to meet organizational objectives.The ideal candidate will execute brand marketing and communication strategies for both Customer (health care providers) and Consumer (patients) communications into actionable performance marketing initiatives. They will manage and optimize a diverse range of owned marketing channels (Email, Social, Web), driving cross-functional priorities in collaboration with product marketing, creative, and MarTech teams to ensure cohesive, effective, and efficient in-market touchpoints.You should be fascinated by educational blog writing, passionate about email marketing, knowledgeable about SEO research and best practices, as well as stay obsessed about the strategy behind your content creation. This role requires agility, a proactive approach, and a relentless drive for crafting content to enhance performance.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesContent Creation:

Develop and produce high-quality, visually appealing, and engaging content, including copy, images, and videos, tailored for websites/landing pages, email campaigns, social media, blogs, and other digital channels.Email Marketing:

Oversee end-to-end execution of email marketing plans, including content/copy creation, nurture/promotional campaign development, implementation, measurement, and optimization.Website Marketing:

Knowledge of SEO principles and practices to optimize content for search engines, tactics to drive web traffic, while ensuring website houses current content.Content Calendar:

Maintain and execute an email/social content calendar to ensure consistent posting and alignment with key marketing initiatives.Data-Driven Personalization:

Leverage both customer behaviors and platform specifics to craft content that drives engagement and conversion rates.Content Review and Governance:

Oversee content review cycles including development, edits, proofing, and publication ensuring adherence to best channel practices.Performance Analysis:

In collaboration with the MarTech team, implement activities to measure and understand marketing campaign attribution. Analyze content and campaign results to optimize future content plans.Trend Analysis:

Stay updated on industry trends and innovative marketing strategies to enhance customer acquisition, nurturing, and retention.Embody and live our company Values.QualificationsEducationEducation and experience combination: Bachelor’s degree is equivalent to three (3) years of experience.Specific Area of Study: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is a plus.Experience2 to 5 years relevant experience.SkillsDemonstrated experience as Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar roles.Excellent content creation skills including copywriting, briefing, editing, photo & video capture.Proficiency with performance management tools and analytic platforms.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Creative thinking and a strong eye for detail.Ability to travel up to 25% annually.Cynosure is an Equal Opportunity Employer – Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Disability, Veteran.
