Lido Labs is seeking a Dallas-based Senior Content Marketing Specialist who is experienced in managing, creating, and publishing high-impact, high-volume content across multiple channels. This role will focus on developing content that resonates with our target audience, optimizes for search engine rankings, and supports our overall business objectives. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the content lifecycle from ideation to publication, analyzing performance, and continuously optimizing for better engagement and conversions.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of content strategy, SEO, and analytics, with proven experience in developing content for a wide range of marketing channels including websites, blogs, email, SMS, and social media. This role requires someone with excellent writing skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams including Design, Product, Lifecycle and Performance Marketing.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute content marketing strategies aligned with business goals, crafting high-quality content for blogs, social media, email, SMS, landing pages, and more.Use SEO tools to identify keyword opportunities and create content that improves search engine visibility and ranks well on SERPs.Create large volumes of content that converts across various marketing channels, ensuring cohesive messaging across all touchpoints.Build, maintain, and optimize a multi-channel content calendar, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely publication and consistent voice across platforms.Analyze content performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, PowerBI, LeadMacro) to identify improvement areas and optimize content for better engagement, conversion, and SERP rankings.Participate in UAT/BAT processes to ensure that content is clear, user-friendly, and effectively communicates key messages.Write and develop A/B test variations of content to drive optimization and better performance.Build campaign links with accurate tracking codes to ensure proper attribution and reporting.Collaborate with the Creative, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver cohesive, brand-aligned content that resonates with target audiences.Regularly update and optimize website content for accessibility, SEO, and link health.Conduct content audits and gap analysis to assess performance and identify new content opportunities, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.Maintain proficiency in WordPress for content publication and updates.Requirements:

4+ years of experience in content marketing, with a strong focus on SEO, content strategy, and digital marketing channels.Proficiency in SEO tools and Google Search Console to conduct keyword research and performance analysis.Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Maropost).Strong knowledge of social media management tools, with a proven ability to create content that performs across these channels.Excellent writing, proofreading, and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt to various audiences and platforms.Knowledge of ChatGPT (or other AI) and the ability to use it to support writing needs.Strong analytical skills for interpreting content performance metrics and applying data-driven strategies for optimization.Ability to develop and maintain a content marketing plan, mapping content to different stages of the customer journey to ensure engagement at every touchpoint.Familiarity with industry best practices, trends, and compliance requirements for content marketing.Strong interpersonal skills and experience working cross-functionally with different teams.BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
