Lido Labs is seeking a Dallas-based Senior Lifecycle Marketing Specialist who is both data-driven and detail-oriented to execute and optimize lifecycle marketing strategies across email and SMS channels. This person will manage day-to-day execution, but also focus on consistent measurement and optimization of engagement metrics to drive conversions and retention across all Lido Labs brands. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with teams like Media Buy, Content Marketing, and Product Marketing to execute customer communication and ensure high-level performance across all touchpoints.

This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on technical expertise in email and SMS marketing platforms, someone who will own the reporting, data governance, and compliance of these channels.

Responsibilities:

Balance the day-to-day execution of email and SMS campaigns with ongoing measurement and optimization of engagement, open rates, and click-through rates.Work cross-functionally with Performance Marketing, Content Marketing, and Product Marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and drive pipeline goals.Act as the team's lead for email service providers (ESP) and cellular providers, managing reporting and data governance for email and SMS channels.Manage the email and SMS marketing calendar, ensuring consistent communication with appropriate cadence to target segments.Build and maintain Klaviyo lists and segmentations for targeted campaigns.Design, implement, and rigorously test nurture programs, drip campaigns, and automated customer journeys.Conduct A/B tests, optimize email and SMS content based on performance, and formalize an experimentation framework to drive continuous improvement.Analyze and interpret campaign results to identify trends, insights, and actionable recommendations for optimization.Proactively identify high-value experiments inspired by data-driven insights that contribute to customer journey enhancements and reduce churn.Ideate, launch, and optimize new customer journeys and touchpoints, ensuring brand alignment and a seamless experience across all funnel stages.Collaborate closely with Creative/Content, Product, and Performance Marketing teams to improve time-to-conversion and maximize leads across all stages.Ensure compliance with CCPA, CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and other relevant legal or regulatory requirements.Continuously refine the email and SMS QA process, improving email deliverability and engagement metrics.Grow your knowledge of required product tool sets for the role, including managing landing pages and integrations with external platforms.Requirements:

5+ years of experience in a digital marketing role, specifically within lifecycle marketing or CRM.Strong expertise in email and SMS execution, including understanding CAN-SPAM, list hygiene, segmentation, deliverability, A/B testing, and data analysis.Hands-on experience with ESPs like Klaviyo and cellular providers for SMS marketing.Demonstrated success in designing, executing, and optimizing customer journeys and lifecycle marketing campaigns.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, graphs, formulas, etc.).Knowledge of HTML for email/web and experience managing landing pages.Strong organizational and project management skills, with an ability to balance multiple priorities.Proven ability to be proactive, decisive, and a resourceful problem solver under pressure.BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
