Responsibilities Post Consumer Brands is seeking a Project Manager to oversee and manage various projects across our pet portfolio. The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and finalize creative and production projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Responsibilities Project Planning & Management Assist in the resource planning, coordination, and execution of studio creative projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables align with brief/project goals. Ability to identify the right tasks for each team member and delegate accordingly. Maintain and update project references, and timelines, identifying potential risks and adjusting to keep projects on track. Team Collaboration & Communication Facilitate consistent communication, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure all project aspects are aligned and on track. Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their best work Quality Control Review project deliverables for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines, providing feedback as necessary. Serve as a superuser and contribute to developing and refining the project management processes, tools, and best practices to enhance efficiency and quality. Manage Pet digital asset management tool for distribution and archival to full organization. Budget Management Manage project budgets and ensure costs stay within the allocated budget; communicate effectively with cross-functional partners and management regarding budget status. Qualifications Responsibilities Bachelor’s degree in a related field A minimum of 3 years of creative project management at an agency or similar environment. Track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient with industry-standard project manager tools and software, and have experience with digital asset management systems. Proactive problem-solver with confidence to make informed decisions that keep project tracking against timelines. Work Location This role is in our Lakeville, MN office with a hybrid schedule of in-office 3 days per week. #LI-hybrid
