Key Responsibilities:

Proposal Support:

Assist the estimating team with project pursuits, including qualifications, RFQs, RFPs, presentations, and collaborations with project teaming partners.

Content Creation & Management:

Collaborate with the Marketing Director to create and manage print and digital content, including email campaigns, social media posts, market sector brochures, and other promotional materials.

Coordinate content and calendar for social media, events, the AMCON Blog, and website news sections.

Oversee social media accounts, including content development, scheduling, posting, and performance reporting.

Analyze the performance of marketing efforts to identify areas for improvement and optimize future activities.

Awards Coordination:

Serve as the primary coordinator for awards submittals, tracking schedules and processes, and assisting with in-house submissions.

Internal Collaboration:

Engage with AMCON staff to gather and exchange necessary information, supporting internal communications initiatives led by the firmwide Marketing team.

Event Coordination:

Manage and register the firm’s participation in conferences and networking events.

Coordinate logistics, communications, event promotions, materials management, and results tracking for these events.

Meeting Support:

Coordinate, document, and follow up on action items from weekly marketing and business development meetings.

Marketing Material Production:

Develop marketing materials, including project data sheets, staff resumes, and qualification submissions, utilizing tools like InDesign, PandaDoc, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office programs.

Writing & Editing:

Write, proofread, and edit various marketing documents, including proposal content, boilerplate information, cover letters, company overviews, technical staff resumes, project descriptions, graphics, and organizational charts.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in marketing, communications, or a related field. AEC a Plus!

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in marketing tools such as InDesign, PandaDoc, Canva, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Marketing Coordinator – Responsibilities

Proposal Management:

Lead the entire proposal process from kick-off to hand-off, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.

PandaDoc Expertise:

Serve as the go-to expert for PandaDoc, updating all project sheets and resumes as needed to support proposal efforts.

Estimating Collaboration:

Partner closely with the estimating team to manage qualifications, RFQs, RFPs, and presentations, ensuring alignment with project goals.

Client Presentations:

Work alongside the Marketing Director to develop compelling presentations for client interviews.

Industry Events Coordination:

Manage the industry events calendar, including inviting AMCON employees and overseeing the entire process and schedule for participation.

Awards Submissions:

Coordinate and track schedules for awards submissions, ensuring all deadlines are met.

Social Media Calendar Management:

Oversee the social media calendar, collaborating with the Marketing Director to plan monthly content. Identify key dates for project milestones, holidays, social events, and client anniversaries. Monitor and engage with client content and identify opportunities for collaboration.

Social Content Development:

Collaborate with the Marketing Director to create fun and engaging social content that aligns with our brand voice, including reels, posts, email campaigns, and news/blog updates for the website.

Field Content Gathering:

Participate in field activities to capture photos, videos, and other content for social media.

Event Organization:

Assist in organizing company events, including vendor scheduling, event setup, and breakdown. Collaborate with the Marketing Director to produce media for events, such as PowerPoint presentations, slide shows, and videos.
