APPELLATE BRIEF WRITING ATTORNEY REMOTE

Position:
Of Counsel / Independent Contractor with anticipated full case load of assignments.

is a law firm concentrating its practice in handling Social Security Disability cases at the Federal Court level. We strive for excellence in Federal Court appeals.
The firm is based in New York City / New Jersey and is seeking contract counsel with superb writing skills to assist with brief writing at the federal level. A qualified candidate will assist the firm in representing clients and preparing appellate briefs in Social Security Disability Appeals at the Federal District Court level, and possibly at the Circuit Court level throughout the nation. This opportunity is remote.
Compensation:
Fee sharing (commission based payments) on cases assigned to the brief writer. Pay is based on a percentage of fees collected. Estimated compensation range is approximately $70,000 to $129,000, dependent on success and performance.

Qualifications/Requirements:
You must be admitted to practice in at least one state in the nation.
You must have excellent writing ability.
