Key ResponsibilitiesProvide data and insights to channel teams to support business growth.Create and deliver accurate dashboards and narratives for internal and external stakeholders.Participate in strategic planning sessions by supplying data-driven insights and recommendations.Utilize platforms such as Datassentials, Nielsen, IRI, and others to gather and analyze data.Present Rosina's performance metrics across brands and channels to senior management and sales teams.Assist with concept and sensory testing for new products, supporting the new product development process.Conduct special projects and provide analytical support for Sales and Marketing teams.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).1-3 years of market research or analytic experienceProficiency with Microsoft Office Tools (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Advanced abilities in Excel and PowerBI preferredStrong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to present complex data effectively.Work Environment
