Develop ads for Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
using platforms such as Google Ads and Bing AdsConduct keyword research
and implement dynamic content to improve campaign performanceWork with SEM Specialist A/B testing
on copy, images and videos to optimize ad effectivenessDefine and target customer segments
to maximize campaign reach and engagementImplement social media advertising , ensuring appropriate placement of ads on channels like Facebook, Instagram and othersImplement and maintain ad campaigns , including targeting, creatives, and copywritingContinuously test and refine ad creatives
and targeting parameters to improve campaign efficiencyOptimize ad spend
while adhering to digital advertising budget.Select appropriate platforms for banner ads, video ads (YouTube and Vimeo), and native advertisingSetup and maintain digital advertising campaigns
and implement retargeting and remarketing plans including content creation, audience segmentation, and conversion trackingCreate tracking links and metrics to measure the success of PPC initiatives
and communicate results to the marketing team and business leadersREQUIREMENTS
Four-year college degree in Business or Marketing plus one-year digital marketing experience OR two years of professional experience in PPC or digital marketing requiredCertification in Google Ads or other PPC platforms preferredStrong knowledge of PPC strategies, including SEM, social media advertising, and digital advertisingProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and various social media channelsProficiencies in keyword research, A/B testing, and retargeting techniquesAnalytical mindset with the ability to monitor, adjust, and optimize ad campaigns for efficiencyUnderstanding of universal digital design principlesMotivated self-starter, entrepreneurial, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
