Role Summary
FREE PEOPLE is looking for a technical designer to handle lounge/intimates which includes seamless, bras, panties, and sports bras
Role Responsibilities
The technical designer will work independently managing fit schedules and their category calendar. They will work directly with category designers, buyers and PD counterparts on garment development and fit needs. The technical designer will communicate directly with vendors on garment execution and quality control processes.
Role Qualifications
5+ years experience in Intimates and lounge. Ability to work independently to create production friendly garments at desired price points and manage workload according to wholesale and retail calendars for on time deliveries. Muste be a creative problem solver who can work in a fast paced team environment and collaborate easily with cross functional partners. Must be familiar with patternmaking and 3D technology. Proficient in Adobe Illstrator and PLM software.
