Presh Marketing Solutions is seeking a social media manager to grow our clients' followers, engage and retain them, and convert them into leads, customers, and active fans and promoters of our client's businesses. You should have command of best practices and trends in social media marketing, enjoy being creative, and understand how to both build and convert a digital audience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and manage the company's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and potentially additional channelsCreate shareable content appropriate for specific networksDevelop a B2B social media strategy that focuses on identifying and engaging with specific persona types, often at an account levelListen and engage in relevant social discussion about our clients, their competitors, and/or industry, both from their existing customers and leads from brand new prospects that know yet know usAbility to design, build, implement, and monitor social ad campaigns through Meta Ad Manager and LinkedIn Campaign ManagerRun regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success as well as the content and links posted through these and other channelsDrive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presenceExplore new ways to engage and new social networks to reach our target buyersManage content/editorial calendar designed on a per-client basisPerforms other related duties as assigned or requestedREQUIREMENTS
Active and well-rounded personal presence on social media, with a command of each network and their best practicesExcellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisionsThorough understanding of Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Campaign ManagerBonus experience and skills in Adobe Creative Suite, demand generation marketing, inbound marketing, and bloggingBENEFITS
