We’re looking for a Social Media expert to own client management and development programs for social media community building and engagement. Not only will you be responsible for growing followers among the top social channels, but you’ll be actively involved in knowing and teaching best practices and trends in social media marketing. As a leader and strategic thinker, you’ll be responsible for implementing programs that grow, engage and retain followers, and help convert them into leads, customers, active fans and brand promoters.

What You NeedBA/BS degree5+ years' experience in retail social media community to include full strategy and content developmentExperience with the retail industry and tagging for ecommerceA thorough knowledge of best practices for new and developing social networksExperience measuring, analyzing and reporting on social media campaignsExcellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisionsBonus experience and skills include Adobe Creative Suite, copywriting, designing graphics, demand generation marketing, and blogging

What You Would DoDevelop strategies for, and manage all social properties including Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn and other emerging channelsResearch, identify and engage with key influencers, bloggers and content portals related to our key areas of focusDevelop and implement regular social promotions and campaigns, and report on their successDrive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presenceLead the development of content calendars and efficient content productionIn collaboration with the creative team, develop brand voice and guide content asset developmentCollaborate with account and creative teams to create, manage and post ongoing content to support blogs and other social communities, including articles, GIFs, images, videos, podcasts, etc.Lead tagging, titling, linking and keyword optimization of all contentDevelop ongoing actionable reporting based on mutually agreed upon client KPIsExplore new ways to engage new and existing social networks to reach our prospects and customersLaunch influencer seeding strategies to support new products, brand campaigns and other social media driversListen and engage in relevant social discussion about our company, clients, competitors, and/or industry, whether that be with existing customers, prospects, industry experts, or brand-new audiences who don’t yet know usRemain up to date on branded content regulations and restrictions
