We take pride in working side by side with our clients and make it our business to deeply understand their business.We’re looking for a candidate that’sCreative yet results-driven.Extremely detail-oriented.Always using data to guide decisions.Passionate about marketing and branding.Able to communicate complex concepts in simple terms.Interested in design and architecture.Happy in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.Able to quickly understand different business models and industries.ResponsibilitiesManage content creation and editing (design and copywriting) for our client’s paid media campaigns.Work closely with our internal and client teams to build assets like:Social ad graphics (Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest)Emails (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, and other ESPs)Landing pagesEnsure CRM systems are integrated with marketing automation tools for seamless data flow.Build and segment lists for campaign targeting.Proofread ads, emails, and landing pages for clarity, grammar, and spelling.Implement minor website and landing page updates, such as changing sale prices, updating product descriptions, or adjusting CTAs.Research and identify relevant keywords for SEO and PPC campaigns.Analyze data and campaign performance, and suggest improvements.RequirementsBA/BS degree in Management, Marketing or relevant field.Proven 3+ years of work experience in a similar role in the Marketing Department for a consumer-facing brand or agency.Ability to utilize a wide range of marketing automation technology, email, and landing page builders.Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro), Figma, and other design tools.Great time-management, interpersonal, and communication skills.Exceptional attention to detail.Interest in furniture, interior design, and architecture.Experience with Google Analytics.What We Provide In ReturnSTAPHAUS provides a robust total rewards package, including competitive compensation packages, generous PTO, medical and dental insurance, and performance bonuses.STAPHAUS is an equal-opportunity employer, and we value diverse voices, backgrounds, and perspectives on our team.
