Position Summary:

Quest Academy seeks an admissions and marketing professional who possesses experience, talent, and initiative to creatively place the school in the spotlight for parents seeking an outstanding education for their gifted child. The candidate must possess obvious energy and enthusiasm for furthering the mission of Quest Academy by the creation of compelling campaigns using outstanding written work and professionalism in speaking to individuals and large groups about the advantages of a Quest Academy education. This is a strategic role, but in addition to being strategic, this individual will need to have experience creating and managing tactical marketing plans to meet enrollment goals.

This opportunity is a full-time position and includes benefits. Salary is based on skills and background experience. The Director of Marketing and Enrollment reports to the Head of School and fulfills the following duties:

Creatively design marketing campaigns to focus on Quest Academy’s strengths as a gifted school.

Develop and oversee full scale sales funnel metrics.

Responsible for achieving annual New Student Enrollment goals.

Work in tandem with the Marketing and Admissions Manager to showcase Quest and enroll new students.

Create and manage a strong social media presence.

Work with the CFO to prepare Enrollment Projections and annual Marketing budget.

Assist the Director of Development with promoting alumni relations and fundraising activities.

Attend and present at Board meetings.

Serve on the Admissions/Marketing (ADMAR) Committee and work closely with Board representatives to secure and provide information.

Maintain the school website.

Build and maintain public relations (newsletters, promotional materials, press releases, etc.).

Oversee the school’s graphic design initiatives and school signage.

Maintain positive relationships with all school volunteers, parents, local government and business leaders, and others whose understanding of and commitment to the school is desirable for the institution’s vitality and success.

Minimum Qualifications:

A degree in marketing or a related field; master's degree preferred.

Three or more years of marketing and/or admissions experience, including a special focus on lead generation, digital marketing, SEO, SEM, email, and website marketing.

Experience with marketing analytics software, CRM systems, marketing automation programs.

Experience creating and executing strategic marketing plans across multiple channels.

Experience in the education field or a private school environment preferred.
