About Umbrava:

Umbrava is a SaaS facilities management platform that provides support to multi-site retailers, facilities managers, and service providers to assist with vendor/work order management of services including maintenance, store remodels and improvements, HVAC, plumbing, janitorial services, small-to-medium construction projects, and more.

Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.

Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.

Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.

Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.

Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.

Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Manage and mentor junior designers.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.

3+ years in design.

Demonstrate success in creating a vision and achieving goals in the face of an evolving environment.

Strong interpersonal, communication, written, and oral skills.

Superior organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Basic knowledge of computer use.

Team Player.

Professional written/verbal communication.
