Guest Marketing Strategy , you will be a brand builder, business driver, and connector across the enterprise. You’ll lead the development of consumer-centric, culturally relevant marketing strategies and plans that drive demand for the business, improve equity perceptions, and build the Target brand. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, and enterprise partners to bring strategic objectives that come to life across a marketing mix and guest experience touchpoints. Guest Marketing Strategy Apparel & Accessories , you will lead a team of Marketers, leverage your strong leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to build our brand and drive the Apparel & Accessories business. You will deliver annual and quarterly guest marketing strategies alongside monthly & weekly plans & investments that deliver business outcomes.Core responsibilities of this job are described within this job description.
