For a complete understanding of this opportunity, and what will be required to be a successful applicant, read on.We are looking for a Director of Product Marketing to drive strategic initiatives across our core product lines, including e-commerce, point of sale, loyalty, fintech, and adtech. Reporting to the Vice President in charge of marketing, this individual will play a pivotal role in helping us build an efficient and scalable marketing team, driving growth in a nascent, highly regulated industry. The successful candidate must have strong management skills and work well cross-functionally with product stakeholders and the GTM organization, managing competing priorities across three distinct B2B customers—Dispensaries, Supply Chain, and Brands—while working in an industry with an evolving TAM and market segmentation - smb through enterprise.

As we pursue three near-term significant ARR opportunities in SaaS, fintech, and adtech, this is someone highly skilled in product marketing, particularly in fast-evolving industries.

What You’ll Do:

Drive Strategic Product Marketing : Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, and External Affairs) to define go-to-market strategies and develop positioning for our product lines in e-commerce, point of sale, fintech, and adtech.

Navigate Complex Market Dynamics : Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that our product marketing efforts align with the unique regulatory landscape of the cannabis tech industry and its interconnected B2B customers.

Develop and Execute GTM Plans : Create and execute go-to-market plans that balance competing priorities, ensure product launch success, and drive adoption across all customer segments. Manage the product marketing lifecycle from ideation through to post-launch, with a focus on scaling for SaaS, fintech, and adtech opportunities.

Content and Sales Enablement : Build impactful product marketing materials and support the sales team with content, training, and enablement tools. Focus on segmenting and targeting customers effectively to maximize growth potential in a limited TAM.

What You Bring:

8+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in fintech, e-commerce, adtech, or similar high-growth B2B industries.

Experience in a nascent or highly regulated industry; familiarity with the cannabis industry is a strong plus.

Proven track record of driving growth in industries with a limited market size.

Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills (ability to partner closely with Product, Sales, Legal, and Leadership teams).

Creative problem solver with the ability to balance multiple high-priority initiatives and deliver results with minimal oversight.

Strong storytelling ability, creating compelling narratives around complex products to drive customer adoption and success.

Technical Proficiency:

Hands-on experience within the last 2-3 years managing tools like HubSpot, Salesforce (SFDC), and project management systems.

AI and Efficiency:

Skilled in the latest tools available to extend your capabilities and amplify your impact through the use of AI and other next-gen tools that are allowing marketing teams to build more personalized campaigns.

Versatility:

A scrappy, hands-on approach with the ability to dive into various aspects of the marketing ecosystem, from content creation to social media, email marketing, website optimization, and more.

Boston Location:

Preference for candidates located in the Boston area.

You’ll Get…

We are targeting a salary range of $160,000-$220,000 based on the intended level for this role. There may be flexibility on individual compensation packages based candidate skill set, experience, qualifications and other position-related factors.
