with a background in
land development

Key Responsibilities:
Utilize
AutoCAD
to create and modify survey drawings and site plansApply knowledge of
title blocks
and construction detailing to produce high-quality construction sheet plansCollaborate with teams on various site development engineering services for adaptive-use and new construction projects
Required Qualifications:
Proficient in
AutoCADExperience with
survey drawing
and
title blocksStrong knowledge of
site plans
and construction detailing
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with
Civil 3D CAD
softwareAA Degree
in Drafting/Design
We welcome candidates with a range of experience, whether you’ve just completed your CAD training or have prior experience in drafting and civil design, particularly with Civil 3D.
Position Details:
Location:
Atlanta, GA 30310Hours:
8 AM - 5 PM, Monday to FridayPay:
~ +/- $18–$25/hr, Negotiable, based on experience
