Consumer Marketing Director, Cabenuva,

you will lead DTC creative and media strategy, execution, and measurement. Our candidate should have a passion for marketing and the ability to work across multiple stakeholders and external agency partners. You will manage a team of 3 marketing managers and a large budget. The role reports to the Sr Director Consumer Marketing ViiV Healthcare.This role will be based out of ViiV's US Headquarters in Durham, NC (RTP Area) with 2-3 days in office & eligible for a domestic relocation package.This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following…Effectively partner with brand teams and matrix partners to help meet brand objectivesDevelop effective consumer/patient strategies, campaigns and tactics to drive brand growthManage media plans to ensure effective and efficient investmentMeasure and continually optimize all investments; effectively manage large budgetEnsure effective relationships with multiple agencies (creative, media, CRM, and patient ambassadors)Lead and develop team of Marketing ManagersLead strategies and tactics to address implementation challengesWhy you?

Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree & 6 plus years of pharmaceutical experience to include HCP and/or patient marketingKnowledge of core product marketing principles and campaign executionExperience identifying customer insights and using analytics to create measurable customer-focused programsExperience in marketing, advertising, and media experience including digitalExperience Leading Others in a cross-functional environmentExperience working with Key StakeholdersExperience managing multiple projects at the same time; Experience operating in a highly regulated environment and industryPreferred Qualifications:Direct to Consumer Pharma Marketing experience; experience with specialty pharmaceuticals/ injectables a plusGraduate Degree level (e.g., MBA) or equivalent experienceMarketing competencies including insights, positioning, segmentation, consumer journey, competitive understanding, positioning, strategy, brief development, media/campaign planning and orchestration, measurement and optimizationExperience building consensus and influencing others, presenting to senior leadership, prioritization, working in ambiguity, and proactive risk management#LI-ViiV#LI-GSK*This is a job description to aide in the job posting, but does not include all job evaluation details.Please visit GSK US Benefits Summary to learn more about the comprehensive benefits program ViiV offers US employees.At ViiV Healthcare, we will not rest until we leave no person living with HIV behind.
