As a Senior Product Designer (UX Designer) at TQL, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience and design direction of our digital product space. You will lead design initiatives, mentor junior designers, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive innovation and excellence in the creation of user-centric products. You will support individual or multiple product groups as needed and take ownership of design initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals, stakeholders, and user needs.

What you’ll be doing:

Lead and execute end-to-end design processes, including research, wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and high-fidelity visual designLead the design vision and strategy for digital products, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needsConduct in-depth user intake and research to uncover insights and inform design decisions and iteratively improve productsCreate design frameworks, patterns, and systems to maintain consistency and scalability across productsCollaborate with product managers, product owners, stakeholders, and engineers to define product roadmaps to translate business requirements into effective design solutionsChampion user-centered design principles and advocate for the user throughout the product development processMentor junior designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster their professional growth. Work in tandem with Product Design leadership to foster a culture of design excellence within the organization and teamCollaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate design sprints, workshops, and brainstorming sessionsContinuously evaluate, improve, and iterate on existing product designs based on user feedback and data analysisStay informed about emerging technologies, design trends, and best practices, and incorporate them into our design processes

What you need:

Bachelor’s degree in User Experience, Human Factors or related5+ years of UX experienceProven ability to manage and deliver results on planned and unplanned projects on extremely tight deadlinesProficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or something similarAbility to provide an online portfolio or samples of relevant workFamiliarity with and ongoing curiosity to stay abreast of current UX trends and best practicesExperience with responsive web design and mobile platformsExcellent communication skills
