Are you ready to take your marketing expertise to the next level? We're seeking a dynamic Director of Marketing, based out of Orlando, Florida, to lead our flock to new heights! As a pivotal leader reporting directly to our VP of Marketing, you'll support with driving brand recognition, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
As the Director of Marketing, some responsibilities will include:
Partner with the VP of Marketing supporting the communications and media strategies that drive incremental visitation and sales growth.
Lead the process and execute promotional campaigns that drive incremental visitation and sales.
Lead the process and execute local marketing campaigns for franchisees and corporate stores.
Partner with product development to support the launch of new menu items.
Lead and partner with cross-functional teams across the organization.
Provide agency and vendor direction and feedback in the development of creative, production, media plans and loyalty program communications.
Lead and provide direction to direct reports.
What We're Looking For:
5 - 7 years of experience in brand management, loyalty programs and leading cross-functional teams
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Hospitality Management
Marketing experience within the hospitality industry (restaurant industry preferred)
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies for customer engagement and revenue growth.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills to motivate cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for collaboration with franchise partners and senior executives.
Analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making to optimize marketing performance.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and menu management software.
Creative thinker with a customer-centric approach to marketing strategy.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities
