You will collaborate with engineers, executive staff, and project management teams to ensure that our communications meet the highest standards of quality and usability.Key Responsibilities:

Write and edit technical responses to business requests, and technical documentation for complex technical systems servicing internal and external customers.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of content.Create user-friendly online documentation and FAQs.Develop product descriptions and marketing copy that highlight features and benefits.Conduct research to understand technical concepts and business needs.Ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines and various technology and security standards.Review and revise content based on feedback from stakeholders and users.Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Journalism, or a related field.A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Technical Writer or Technical Journalist.Strong understanding of technology and ability to translate complex concepts into accessible language.A genuine curiosity about how things work—someone who enjoys pushing buttons and exploring products firsthand.Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.Exceptional skills with M365 suite of tools with great depth of experience with PowerPoint and Visio presentations.A portfolio showcasing relevant writing samples is preferred.
