The Biossance team is looking for a detail-oriented
Assistant Manager, Brand Marketing
to join the Global Marketing team. This integral role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and drive effective 360 campaigns, marketing initiatives, and marketing assets. With knowledge of the beauty industry, you'll support in the creative ideation and execution of launch plans, always-on seeding, and strategic brand moments across all channels. As an Assistant Manager, Brand Marketing, you'll: Support all aspects of brand management and the execution of marketing programs from concept to go-to-market strategies, including briefing, seeding, influencer relations, content, and collateral. Help guide decision making on partnerships, social strategies, and events by leveraging data, consumer insights, and product expertise. Evaluate analytics to extract key insights to optimize brand positioning, target new audiences, and develop fresh marketing campaigns with specific KPIs across channels. Execute, track, and manage project timelines and budget/expenses in detail with cross-functional partners. Manage Global NA Marketing Calendar in partnership with cross-functional leads to ensure all teams have a “source of truth” to refer to for key programming dates and priorities across retailers. Support relationships with external PR agencies to ensure consistent and timely execution of programs inclusive of managing all asset packages for new launches and core programs. Manage Sampling programs across influencers, editors, mailers, one-off programs, and for PDP ratings & reviews. In partnership with the Senior Director of Brand Marketing, Senior Manager of Retail Marketing, and Social Media Manager, Influencer Manager to develop product education toolkits and content briefs to produce engaging content. Support brand values, pillars, sustainability, and ocean conservation initiatives in partnership with Sr. Director of Global Brand Marketing and brand partner Oceana. What skills & experience do I need for this role? 3-5+ years experience in brand marketing, preferably in beauty and/or retail. Attention to detail and ability to project manage and multitask in a deadline-driven environment. Effective communicator who is able to clearly and concisely articulate ideas and campaigns. Strong analytical skills and understanding of the media landscape. Knowledge and deep interest in cultural relevance and social trends. Thrives in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment without losing sight of the customer experience. Highly organized with the ability to execute large campaigns/projects from start to finish.
